CalmSigner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and related services in accordance with your active subscription.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our authorized merchant of record. Access to premium features depends on an active subscription.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or redistribute licensed software without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmSigner shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
