By accessing or using Ramsha products and services — including Ramsha Docs and Ramsha Tasks — you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Ramsha provides software products, subscription services, and related functionality for professionals, businesses, and organizations. Ramsha Tasks is a mobile companion for deadlines and reminders linked to your Ramsha Docs account.

License

Ramsha grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and services associated with your account and subscription.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers. Access to paid features depends on maintaining an active subscription.

Free and trial features

Ramsha Technology may offer limited free or trial features — including a small monthly allowance to send files from WhatsApp or Ramsha Tasks to Ramsha Docs — solely as a courtesy so you can try the product. These free features are not a contract for a fixed period, quantity, or quality of service. Ramsha Technology may change, reduce, suspend, or end any free feature at any time, with or without notice, and without obligation to keep a promotion, allowance, or trial for any specific duration. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated free-feature terms. Paid subscriptions are the only way to obtain a committed allowance for the duration of an active paid term.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, reverse engineer protected functionality, or redistribute licensed software without permission.

User Responsibility for Deadlines and Outcomes

You are solely responsible for creating, reviewing, updating, and acting on deadlines, reminders, and related metadata. Ramsha is not liable for missed appointments, court or client deadlines, professional malpractice, financial loss, or any damage arising from reliance on reminders, notifications, sync delays, device settings, or network availability. You acknowledge that the application is a convenience tool and that ultimate responsibility remains with you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if these terms are violated or if the services are used in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner.

Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramsha shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services, including missed deadlines or reminder failures.
