We want our customers to be satisfied with CalmSigner. If you experience a billing issue or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team.
Subscription Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Requests submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase will generally receive priority review.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact ramshamarket@gmail.com and include your account email address and purchase details.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
